Growing Fast!

The twins had their 5th RSV shot today. Only one more to go, thank goodness. They were checked out by the home care nurse and given a clean bill of health - we're so lucky - no colds so far this winter! Both did well with the shots - a little crying, but a small bottle of milk helped take the pain away. Ryan weighed in at a whopping 13 lbs. What a moose! Kyra is not far behind him, weighing in at 10 lbs, 12 oz. Kyra likes to stand up on our laps more than Ryan does. He's content to just sit up and watch everything that's going on around him, whereas Kyra's interested in standing and turning to look at everything. Both seem to really like Elmo at this point. We watched Sesame Street yesterday and Elmo and Ernie were big favorites! Daddy's in L.A. this week, so Mommy's going it alone - thank goodness for Nana! But, we can't wait for Daddy to come home again - the babies really miss him when he's away from home!

The kids went to Lake Tahoe for a few days with Lisa and Terry. We stayed at 7000 feet, and saw a lot of snow.

The Twins Are Growing Fast

The twins just had their RSV shot Friday and did very well. Ryan weighed 10 lbs. 14 oz. and Kyra was 9 lbs. 4 oz. Both are doing great and smiling alot. Ryan is doing alot of talking, agoo and blaaa. Kyra has rolled over a few times. Ryan has outgrown the newborn outfits and is just starting to wear the number 1 diapers (yea, we have lots!). Kyra has a bit to grow before she is out of the Pampers newborns. Costco just had a sale on Similac and Daddy stocked up for the next few months. Should get them close to the next phase! We are all taking a trip to Tahoe in a few weeks, should be an interesting experience. A gambling schedule will have to be worked out between Mom and Dad. Waiting for more cousins and friends to visit, call us and come on over!
